I actually really like the board itself, but wow, the message scheduling has been a bit of a drama. Sometimes my scheduled messages don’t show up when I think they will, so I end up hovering over the app like I’m defusing a tiny digital bomb. Editing a scheduled message isn’t much better either — it feels clunky and weirdly confusing. For the price, I expected this part to be way more polished. It does work sometimes, but overall it feels unfinished, which is disappointing.

We’ve been using it for team updates in the lobby, and it does the job well. Setup took a bit longer than I was hoping, but once it was up, it was easy enough to use. There’s just something about it that makes the space feel a little more organized.

I really wanted to love my Vestaboard because it looks so unique and fun, but after living with it for a bit, the noise is hard to ignore. In a quiet room, every letter flip makes this loud clacking sound that was charming for maybe the first day, then started to feel like something I had given up — the calm, quiet vibe of the space. The motion can also be distracting when I’m trying to focus on work. It’s a cool idea and definitely a conversation piece, but if you’re hoping for something subtle or peaceful at home, I’d think twice before spending the money

I got my vestaboard installed last weekend, and compared to other wall-mounted stuff I’ve put up before, this one definitely felt a bit more like a two-person job. It’s heavier than it looks, so having someone help made a big difference. The mounting process was mostly straightforward, though I did have to go back and reread a couple of steps in the instructions. It took longer than I expected, but once it was on the wall, it felt really solid and looked even better than I thought it would. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

I found the app hard to use, and I can see other customers feeling the same way. It’s not very intuitive, so even simple things take longer than they should. A cleaner layout and clearer instructions would make a big difference for everyone.

This was great for my calendar stuff. I was using it and it just makes things easier, even when I had a bunch of things coming up. It help me keep track better and I don’t feel as mixed up with my schedule.

It does fit our decor really well, and guests always seem to notice it when they come over. That said, I did feel a little misled by the photos/description because I expected it to look a bit different in person. Still, it works for the space

Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, maybe just a few extra days, but the tracking was easy to follow the whole time. The packaging was solid too, which I always worry about, and nothing was damaged when it showed up. So yeah, a little wait, but overall I’m happy with it.

I’m not totally sure how long it usually takes, but they got back to me quickly and the issue was fixed faster than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Mine connected really quickly and has stayed on Wi-Fi without any issues since. Based on this one, I’d say it seems reliable so far...

I got this for my husband as a gift, and he loves it a lot. It’s not like the usual tech stuff, which is nice, and in the house it looks really good too. The setup took longer a little than I thought it would, but it wasn’t anything too terrible. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the price is high, so it feels more like a bigger gift kind of thing. Still, it’s fun, and we use it every day.

It looks cool once it’s set up, but the build quality wasn’t quite what I expected. One of the corners had a small gap, and the frame creaks a bit when I move it around. For the price, I was pretty much hoping it would feel more solid.

I was excited when I first set up the vestaboard. I had this whole vision of it being a fun little centerpiece in the room, changing messages throughout the day and catching people’s attention. And to be fair, it does look cool when you’re standing right in front of it. But after living with it for a bit, the excitement wore off. I found myself walking by and having to stop, move closer, and look at it straight on just to read what it said. If I’m off to the side or if the room has normal daylight coming in, some of the letters kind of blend together and it gets frustrating. For something this expensive, I really expected the display to be clearer and easier to read in everyday use. It’s a neat-looking piece, but actually using it has been more annoying than fun. I hate to say it, but I regret buying it...

I’ve had this board for a few months now, and it’s been frustrating because it either freezes or drops letters while I’m using it. To be fair, support was helpful and did what they could, which I appreciated. But at this price, I think it’s only right to expect more reliable hardware. If a company is charging a premium, the product should hold up better in everyday use

Uh, it came safely and the box was in good enough shape, so no complaints from me.

I wanted to like this software, but the glitches keep getting in the way. Every time I try to get something done, it feels like I’m the one stuck dealing with random bugs or delays. It’s annoying because I just want it to work without making things harder for me...

Yeah, it’s not exactly cheap, but I use it every day, so it kinda feels worth the money to me

It’s useful, useful for sure, and I can see how it helps in certain situations. But for a monthly cost, I just don’t think it’s really worth it for me. If it were cheaper or a one-time payment, maybe, maybe I’d feel differently
